Parents Magazine has a great article on how to make single parenting work. And it’s nice to know I’ve been on the right track all along. In Six Strategies for Single Moms, author Laura Broadwell maps out some great advice on how to make single mothering work.
In a nutshell:
- Assemble a support team
- Ask for help
- Readjust your priorities
- Say goodbye to guilt
- Nurture yourself and set goals for yourself
- Make peace with the past
