I just needed to read this particular blog today. I have asked those questions almost everyday especially when I feel super down. Most of the time I say I still have to keep going even if I don’t have answers, even I am still full of fear, even with constant worry I have to keep on going. Now I will add love yourself Sara love yourself. Thank You

Sara, I hope you find the calm you need to get through your days. I’ve decided to give myself a year to get settled, find my rhythms, and make a plan. It’s going to take that long I think, to even make sense of what has happened.
