Two very different surprises for two single mothers
One single mother is facing homelessness because the house she’s renting went to foreclosure. Another single mother, recently laid off, won the lottery.
Tracy Mosley, single mother of five, is a restaurant hostess. She has no idea when she’ll be evicted–whether she has days or weeks to find another place to live. She can’t come up with the rent other landlords are asking.
But up in Canada, 59 year old Beverly Palmer hit the jackpot, winning $25 million after being laid off in February. This single mother isn’t planning to look for a new job. I hope she loves her new life. I wish somehow we could all have enough.
