…what I got for Mother’s Day

He painted them himself. The one in the foreground is a galaxy. The one in the background is of a storm. I think they are absolutely magical.
My mother cut out the canvas and bound the placemats, then sealed them.
We switch them back and forth. It’s his turn tomorrow to get the storm one for breakfast. I can’t wait.

What beautiful works of art! They should be framed.

No surprise given how gifted the KOE is, but those are extraordinarily beautiful. Works of art indeed!
What a great present.

What beautiful gifts…the pure love that went into them shines like a beacon.
And you’ll be able to enjoy them every time you sit down to eat with him.

What a gift HE is. And, I did not send flowers, though it was so lovely that I came to your mind. Received your card about our last outing and the picture made my day. What is it with Mother’s Day flowers anyway? I remember my parents planted bushes in front of my house and THEY were stolen in the night, the night of Mother’s Day. Sheesh.
