I’m back to full-time craziness. Not a moment to breathe, let alone do laundry go grocery shopping take the kid to TKD read a book watch a movie clean the house…
What? You want DINNER?
Surely you jest.
Luckily, our local foodie channel is pointing the way to a free cookbook! Single mothers rejoice, there is inspiration for your last-minute meals!
Hop on over to Foodie Obsessed and read the entire article on how to download your own, FREE copy of The Celebrity Italian Table, put together by every single mother’s best friend, Barilla pasta. According to Foodie Obsessed,
Barilla, several Celebrities, entertaining expert David Tutera and Chef Mario Batali have joined forces in developing The Celebrity Italian Table.
This is a cookbook that everyone is able to download for free through February 29, 2008. With each download, Barilla will donate $1, up to $100,000 to America’s Second Harvest. Barilla also donated an extra $25,000 to America’s Second Harvest in the name of the celebrity contributors. Chef Mario Batali re-invented the celebrity dishes and Tutera designed the party for each menu.
You can also just click here if you want to go directly to the cookbook’s site. But do explore FoodieObsessed. Your last minute, what do I have in the fridge, how do I get my kid to eat anything but pasta and butter ideas over there. Well, maybe they can’t encourage a broader palate in your child… but you’ll love the site.
We get grown-up moments. Really. We do.
